- You can return/exchange size 30 days after your order date.
- Register your return: Visit our return portal and register your return using your order number and email address
- Return fee & exchange: The return fee is 7 NZD. If you want to exchange for another size select “Too small” or “Too large” and choose your new option. Want your new size faster? Let us know once you’ve posted the parcel and we’ll help speed things up! Exchanges for size is free of charge.
- Prepare and drop off: Make sure your items are unused, clean, and with all tags attached. Used or damaged items can’t be refunded in full. We recommend reusing your original packaging to reduce environmental impact. Once your return is registered, a return label will be generated — print it and attach it to your parcel. Drop it off at your local NZ Post service point and keep your receipt as proof of postage.
- Processing time: Returns are normally handled within up to 3 weeks after we’ve received your parcel. You’ll get an email confirmation once your refund or exchange has been processed.
